Description
This artwork shows the Virgin Mary looking gently down at the infant Christ. One arm supports him protectively around his waist, while the other softly touches his arm. The Christ child turns his head and gazes outward beyond the frame to the left.
The stamp features the 16th-century painting Virgin and Child, which is part of the Robert Dawson Evans Collection at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. The stamp was designed by art director Greg Breeding.
