This Shipping Policy explains how Envelope Club processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within our normal business processing time after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may vary based on order volume, holidays, weekends, inventory availability, or fraud review.
Submitting an order does not guarantee same-day shipment. Orders may require additional verification before being approved and shipped.
3. Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods and shipping rates are shown at checkout. We may use ShipStation and third-party shipping carriers to help process, manage, and deliver orders.
4. Delivery Estimates
Any shipping or delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, or other events beyond our control.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable shipping charges associated with their order.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.
7. Order Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information may be sent by email after the order has been shipped. Please note that tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are largely outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered, except as required by law.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at orders@envelopeclub.co as soon as possible after delivery. We may ask for photographs or additional details to review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
10. Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you no longer want the order, any refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
11. Return Shipping for Customer Returns
If a return is approved under our Refund Policy, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. To be eligible for a return, products must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
12. No Guarantee of Carrier Performance
We do not guarantee the performance of any shipping carrier. Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and may change without notice.
