4. Resale and Independent Seller Disclosure
Envelope Club is an independent reseller. The prices listed on our website are our own retail resale prices and are not official USPS retail prices unless specifically stated. Customers are purchasing from our store, not directly from USPS.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or reject any order at our sole discretion, including where we suspect fraud, pricing errors, misuse of promotions, or unlawful activity.
An order confirmation email does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to review and cancel orders before shipment.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed through Stripe and other payment methods that may be made available through WooCommerce. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction if payment cannot be verified, is declined, or appears suspicious.
7. Shipping and Fulfillment
We ship orders within the United States. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, handling times, and available methods are presented at checkout or elsewhere on the website where applicable.
We may use ShipStation and third-party shipping carriers to process and fulfill shipments. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control are not our responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to guarantee successful delivery.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because we sell postage-related products, returns and refunds may be limited. We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds for items that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or are otherwise not in original saleable condition.

We may refuse returns or cancellations where fraud, abuse, excessive claims, or policy violations are suspected.

If you subscribe to our email list, you agree to receive promotional communications from us through MailerLite or similar providers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
