Refund and Returns Policy

At Envelope Club, we want customers to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund Policy explains when returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted for products purchased through our website.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The product is unused
- The product is unopened
- The product is returned in its original condition
- The product is not damaged, altered, or missing any original contents
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is approved because we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
5. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at orders@envelopeclub.co within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
6. Inspection of Returned Items
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the conditions of this Refund Policy. If the item is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Refunds will generally include the purchase price of the returned item, but will not include original shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Problem Orders

If you have an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Filing false chargebacks or abusive refund claims may result in restrictions on future orders.
